Enterprise Constituent Relationship Management (ECRM)
Enterprise Constituent Relationship Management (ECRM) is the business owner of the University of Minnesota’s enterprise CRM platform, currently powered by Salesforce technologies. Among ECRM’s primary responsibilities is ensuring strategic roadmaps, data governance, and business user implementation support to enhance adoption, reporting, data quality, and business efficiencies.

What is a Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) system?
CRM is relationship centric technology that allows all the relationship and engagement information about University of Minnesota constituents to be in a central location. It is developed to integrate with systems of record so that the relationships can be viewed outside of typical data silos and data can be turned into action for use in marketing, communications, service, analytics, apps, and ultimately constituent success.
